Freedom Forum expresses its concern over the upsurge in the incidents of press freedom violations in various parts of the country for the last few days. The students of Purbanchal Engineering College burnt the copies of Nepal Samacharpatra and Blast Daily in Sunsari district in the eastern Nepal on August 3, Sunday for not allegedly publishing news about the grievances of displaced students and their activities.
