Disappeared Journalist Khadka 's body found

Journalist Teju  Khadka's body with some of his possession was found on June, 2020 who went missing since August 26,2018 from Bajura. Bajura district lies in SudhurPaschim Province  of Nepal.

Reporter Khadka was associated with Radio Budhinanda.

According to Freedom Forum's representative for Province 7 Dev Raj Panta, reporter Khadka was disappeared from Budhinanda temple where he had gone to report on a festive fair. The temple is located at the height of 4,100 meters in a remote Himalayan region.

In 2020, his skeleton was discovered in the Kalte area in Bajura district. On June 30, 2020 the Nepal police's Forensic Science Laboratory reported that the DNA test of the skeleton matched with that of Khadka. Khadka’s body was found with his identity card, driver's license, clothing and the bag he disappeared with. Now moving forward, the investigation authorities must launch an investigation to find the truth behind Khadka's death.

FF strongly demands for the fair investigation behind the truth of Khadka' death and urges the authorities to  promptly provide victim's family with relief.
